This has multiple swivel setting which allows ambidextrous arms to fit both port and starboard bases. It has multiple locking positions via different points. It is mirror polished stainless construction with outrigger base and pole mount kit. This kit comes with 1 base, 1 gasket, and 1 pole mount. Mounting hardware is not included.
